The website www.protecta.in (“Website”) is operated by Protecta Inc, having its registered office at No.3, First Floor, Plot No. 6, Dan Udyog Sahkari Sangh Ltd, Piparia, Silvassa – 396230 (“Protecta”)

If you visit, browse or shop at www.protecta.in, any of these actions would signify acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms, policies, guidelines and conditions of Protecta’s service. In addition, when you use any current or future Protecta service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Protecta, whether or not included in the www.protecta.in Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible to use the Website, the user should have completed 18 years of age and be competent to enter into a contract as per the terms of the Indian contract law.

If any user under 18 years of age intends to avail the services of the Website they can do so through his or her legal guardian in accordance with applicable law.    

Any person using the Website on behalf of any corporation, company, institution, association or other entity, should have proper authorization by such corporation, company, institution, association or other entity to use and access the Website.

Protecta reserves the right to refuse access to use the services offered at the Website to new users or to terminate access granted to existing users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.

USER ACCOUNT

The Website maybe browsed with or without registering with Protecta. Before availing any services provided through the Website, you may be required to Register and Set Up an account with the Website. An account can be created entering an email address and password or by using any permitted social media account to register and Sign in with the Website. Protecta does not verify the email address provided by you and hence we would advise you to double check and provide a valid email address.

The Website will set-up an account and the details of the account will be emailed to the email id provided by you for registration. You can start accessing your account on the Website from this point on. You can also create or update a User account through Customer Support.

You can create only one user account and you are not permitted to transfer or interchange the User Account. The information required to be provided by the user, the manner of usage, protection and confidentiality of user information and account information are more specifically dealt under the Website’s Privacy Policy and you are requested to read in detail the Privacy Policy before sharing user information or creating an account.

If you access the Website from outside India, it is entirely at the your risk. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by Indian law and the courts in Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
